Hi! My name is Farzaneh
I am a Persian Painter based in Germany.
In my paintings i inspired by old Persian miniature.
I would be proud that someone can look at my artworks and feel glory of Persian art. I hope also to bring a bit of the past to the present with my artworks!

My background
I had a huge passion and interest to painting since i was a child.
But i have started to paint professionally since 2000. I have worked with several Materials such as oil, acrylic, gouache, watercolor and pencil.
From 2002 to 2006 i studied chemical engineering. Cause i was always interested in Persian art, from 2006 to 2008 i studied Persian miniature at the university. I know also art history and international art well because i achieved MA degree .
My experiences
As a child, I was fascinated by the stories of Shahnameh Ferdowsi- The epic of Persian kings- and then i was inspired by its glorious paintings.
The Topic of my thesis was about miniatures of Shahnameh Ferdowsi.
until now i have written many structural and semiotic critiques on various Persian miniatures and each time I was surprised by what was going on in this colorful world.
I have presented my Artworks in 3 solo exhibitions in Tehran-Iran.
Since 2013 i am teaching Persian miniature and i have had 2 charity group exhibitions for children.
My vision
Now in Germany i want to
introduce Persian painting to those who are interested in oriental arts.
I have had online courses since 2019 and i am planing to present my artworks in Germany!
